By using ChairFairy, you agree to these Terms of Service. ChairFairy provides an event seating and invitation management platform.
You may use ChairFairy to manage event seating and send invitations to your guests. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and to only contact guests who have consented to receive communications from you.
ChairFairy sends SMS event updates only to guests who have explicitly opted in. Guests opt in by entering their own mobile phone number and checking a consent box during the RSVP flow at app.chairfairy.com, or in their ChairFairy member profile. SMS is never triggered by a phone number entered by an event host alone.
By opting in to SMS, you agree to receive event-related text messages from ChairFairy on behalf of the event host. Message frequency: typically 1–3 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are processed immediately and no further messages will be sent.
No mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data are shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Hosts are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent from guests before adding their contact information. ChairFairy is not responsible for communications sent without proper consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
ChairFairy is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
